VINCI Highways uses technology to improve customer experience on the Bogota-Girardot highway

Via 40 Express, a subsidiary of VINCI Highways (VINCI Concessions) and the concession company for the Bogota – Girardot highway in Colombia, has developed and launched its first mobile application designed to provide users with a faster service by improving their interaction with the highway’s operations and maintenance teams.
Equipped with an interactive map, a geolocation system, and a real-time information transmission service, this application allows the Bogota-Girardot highway teams to offer a quick and efficient assistance to users, while optimizing their operational efficiency.
With the deployment of this new tool, VINCI Concessions is reaffirming its commitment to safer mobility and closer to users’ expectations.
