VINCI Concessions, an international player in airport, highway, and rail transport infrastructure, is committed to promoting professional equality and supporting the feminization of its teams worldwide. In 2024, women represent 37% of the workforce, with a goal to reach 40% of women in leadership positions by 2026.
On the occasion of International Women's day, VINCI Concessions aimed to highlight the essential contribution of women in the mobility sector. Through an interactive, immersive, and unique experience, designed in collaboration with the startup Ask Mona, VINCI Concessions invites the public to discover the journeys of inspiring women and interact with historical figures thanks to generative artificial intelligence. Deployed internationally across VINCI Concessions' infrastructures, "Women on the move" promotes women role models to contribute to the feminization of the mobility sector.
Starting March 7, 2025, for several weeks and in various countries, passengers and users of VINCI Concessions' infrastructures will discover portraits of women employees with inspiring careers. These women share their experiences and the challenges they face daily, while highlighting the importance of diversity in the mobility sector. The highlight of the campaign is an innovative digital experience enabling the public to interact with women figures who are still relatively unknown to the public but have made significant contributions to the history of mobility. Everyone is invited to engage in a virtual conversation with these pioneers, made accessible by generative artificial intelligence.
The campaign is part of VINCI Concessions' ongoing efforts to promote gender equality and diversity within its teams, with the aim of creating an inclusive and stimulating work environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to innovation in the service of mobility and territories.
