After a one-year development and test phase, MESEA, a subsidiary of VINCI Railways (VINCI Concessions) responsible for the maintenance and operation of the South Europe Atlantique high-speed rail line, has just finalized the development of the TIME (Ticket Incident MEsea) application.

This new tool enables optimal management of all incidents occurring on the SEA high-speed rail line and to track down precise technical elements such as rail temperature or the position of work and reconnaissance trains. It also enables remote guidance of intervention teams and field operators in their daily missions by providing data on the chronology of the incident.

This culture of innovation, shared throughout the VINCI Concessions network, makes it possible to design and develop mobility infrastructures that meet the highest standards of safety, comfort and reliability. While the implementation of TIME is about to take place, new functionalities are already being developed, such as weather monitoring of the 35 major sites on the line or consultation towards objects connected to 4G.

After its entry into service three years ago, the South Europe Atlantique high-speed rail line, managed by VINCI Railways (VINCI Concessions), the leading private operator of a high-speed line in France, remains a real success with more than 20 million passengers transported in 2019.
