Lima Expresa launches investment plan to further improve traffic conditions

14 September 2021
Last June, Lima Expresa (a VINCI Highways subsidiary operating the Lima ring road expressways in Peru) launched a 220 million sol (€48 million) investment plan over the next five years to increase capacity and traffic flow by upgrading toll plazas and bus stops.
In terms of road safety, the plan will reinforce embankments, improve crossing devices and ensure the complete renovation of 17 km of pavement on the Via de Evitamiento with HIMA (Highly Modified Asphalt). This asphalt requires less maintenance in the long term and provides a more pleasant and safer experience for drivers.
