In Greece, Olympia Odos offers a road safety break to motorists on their way to summer holidays

In order to raise driver awareness of road safety issues, Olympia Odos, subsidiary of VINCI Highways, organised a road safety operation for drivers at the Megara service area on the Athens-Korinthos-Patras motorway.
The programme included a complete vehicle check-up – from oil level to tyre pressure – and verification of safety devices such as child seats, warning triangles and first aid kits.
Carried out in partnership with the Institute for Road Safety “Panos Mylonas”, this operation also presented an opportunity to remind people of the rules and behaviours that are essential for road safety during the summer period.
