Gefyra, the VINCI Highways subsidiary in charge of operating the Charilaos Trikoupis (Rion-Antirion) bridge in Greece, has been recognized for its operational excellence.
As part of the national customer service week organized by the Hellenic Customer Service Institute, the results of a survey of 2,000 users were published, showing a satisfaction rate of 87%. This result is the result of the mobilization of the teams and the implementation of the “E-pass” electronic toll tag that can be reloaded directly from the Gefyra website or the “My Gefyra App” mobile application.
