Nantes Atlantique Airport, operated by VINCI Airports, takes a new step in enhancing the passenger experience with the inauguration of its fully modernized and diversified commercial offering. Driven in partnership with SSP Frabeli and Lagardère Travel Retail, this modernization encompasses all 15 retail outlets in the terminal, with a special focus on diversity, local integration, and quality of service.

An enhanced commercial offering at every stage of the passenger journey.

Fully modernized in partnership with SSP Frabeli and Lagardère Travel Retail, the commercial offering at Nantes Atlantique has been redesigned throughout the passenger journey. Special attention has been given to diversity, local integration, and quality of service across the 15 retail outlets in the terminal, featuring an expanded product range, self-service checkouts, and a redesigned layout. Among these revamped spaces is the Duty Free shop, which has been completely refurbished.

In the public area, three new food and beverage stores are now available, welcoming passengers and their companions before security checks. Additionally, two new shops have opened in the boarding area, enhancing the offerings available until passengers departure.

An offering that is already attracting passengers

Having been open for only a few weeks, the satisfaction of the first customers is already evident, as the new shops at Nantes Atlantique Airport have already met their targets. This transformation aligns with VINCI Airports' commitment to continuously enhance the passenger experience by offering a diversified commercial offering. It complements the €40 million investment program led by Aéroports du Grand Ouest for the 2024-2026 period, which aims to improve service quality while supporting the decarbonization of Nantes Atlantique Airport.

"The launch of the new commercial offering at Nantes Atlantique Airport is already a success. During the two weeks of the spring holidays, the new shops were immediately popular with our passengers. This new offering meets several expectations: more diverse, more local, more accessible, no matter where you are in the terminal," stated Hervé Bidet, Commercial and Marketing director of Nantes Atlantique Airport.
