Carole Grandjean is nominated as Human Resources Director of VINCI Concessions. She joins VINCI Concessions Executive Committee.
Carole Grandjean began her career within the BPCE network (talent management and HR development) before joining the Elior Group as HR Director for the Grand Est region.
A member of French parliament for Meurthe-et-Moselle from 2017 to 2024, she was appointed Deputy Minister in charge of Professional Teaching and Training in 2022.
In early 2024, she joined the Etam Group as Group HR Director.
Building on this strategic expertise and her vision of societal challenges, Carole Grandjean was appointed Human Resources Director of VINCI Concessions in March 2026, tasked with leading its HR policy.
